What a fantastic list Joric, thank you so so much. I did not have much time to explore holistic treatments during our short visit in April but I am so glad to see that Lisbon has so many resources for natural health. I think Portugal is, in general, a much healthier place than the U.S. and even during my short visit I was feeling a difference in my health. Looking forward to explore some of these resources in my future visits. I am wondering if and what holistic treatments are covered in public or private health care and if they are more affordable in Portugal.
