Cheap but low cost villas, no quality in it.

Madeira is "cheap" as well, especially houses, climate is also mild with warmer winter season, with sea views, but unfortunately no real beach 🙂

Any thing on turkey?

not that cheap tho'… I think Greece is more attractive or even Italy and in the Mediterranean sea water is warm so can enjoy it day n night basically 7-8 months a year, compared to the Portugal ocean which is very cold and not so welcoming
