The spatial planning extends across the length of the plot which includes a veranda, a combined living and dining area, a praying room, 2 berooms and a kitchen and work area. The architect’s idea was to break beyond the conventional proportions of massing for a small residential building and hence the vertical of the walls complements the elongated spatial planning. White is the predominant finish of the building as you can see along with tints of Matt black for steel works and dark wood for windows and furniture. The vertical proportions of the walls and plane white wall surfaces emphasizes the aesthetics of the house. This home is situated near Tirur at Kerala.
Now we can explore this beautiful home. First on the front area we see the sit out with enough spacing. Now we moving to the hall and living area.
