Lived in Ecuador four years, Beautiful country no doubt, I have two concerns. I've seen the amazing change between the before Socialist lack of freedom and abuse of power by Correa-like governments and the China takeover the economy and natural resources making Ecuador a China subsidiary, literally. Second, The coast of Ecuador is known worldwide as one of the hottest spots for a major subduction earthquake zones. As a matter fact, Esmeraldas Ecuador is considered the most dangerous earthquake area in the world, as the point of pressure in this region builds up considerably year after year. Considering they never ending political and social unrest of this beautiful country and the possibility of a major catastrophe along the coast, that would only spell disaster for anybody to move it just like what happened back in 2016

Ryan, I’m Hale Ryan! Can this builder build on a slightly larger lot? I like some green space being a avid palm tree lover. Also can the builder stage the home like in the CGI and sell it as such? I’m thinking seriously about visiting you. I’m between Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador…..choices…

Is there no railing there to protect anyone from falling off that ledge? Or perhaps that comes later when the builder installs it?
