Panamanians love noise.
If you live in a normal Panamanian community, it will be noisy… That is just how it is.
Personally I do not mind the noise and expect it.
You are doing a great service letting foreigners know the score.
I get tired of hearing all the complaints from people who expected peace and quiet.
There is peace and quiet in Panama, but you better do your homework because peace and quiet is rare.
