  1. I remember Danny saying he wished Ronaldo had shook Morocco players after losing to them but same Danny can't say nothing about Messi cautioning his players about celebrating with class that he preaches messi has. I mean messi is standing literally next to martinez

  2. The drama of the Argentina team is too much. A petition should be made at FIFA to strip them of the world cup and give to France. That would send a precedent that class in football comes before hard work on the pitch. Its about time.

  3. EMI was superb during the shootout that’s what’s wrong with this fucking country everybody’s offended by everything nowadays..it’s a good wind up from the team who just won the World Cup good on them

  4. People who said mbappe said wrong this about south American football are dumb as hell. Of course south American football is not competitive enough, when you have only two countries winning the tournaments. And the countries beside arg and Brazil who make it to the world cup can't even get pass the round of 16 or the quarter finals on a regular. If south Americans are the superstars and best players in European leagues, why can't they be winning on a regular, or getting to the finals and semis, beside arg and Brazil? It's the management, development, tactics of the countries football managers. Mbappe was right. People get offended for speaking the truth.

  5. I find it funny how people sit around overrating these players. Because they're the best in the modern era that means they're to the greatest of all time.
And it will continue era after era. Players in the past like Maradona, Zidane, Paul Gascoigne, Pele, George Best, Jean-Pierre Papin, Roberto Carlos amongst others, have all done things on the pitch to make me think maybe they're the greatest.
However none of these players in the last 10 years have done that… I can't think of a game with Lionel Messi and think that was game, like Zinedine Zidane.
Zidane has that game where he controlled a game for the full 90 minutes against Brazil.
Where is Messi's game and which one was it?

  6. If you're going to start complaining about football players with no class you'll be at it a long long long long time.

I doubt Mbappes too upset. He's won the World Cup already.

Plays for PSG. Not Aston Villa
    Earns £1m a week, not £50K
Will be the all time WC goal scorer after 2026.
    Is only 23 not 30+
Has the World at his feet.

  7. Well, this escalated quickly! The French Football Federation president, Noel La Graet, has contacted his Argentina counterpart over Argentina's taunts directed at Kylian Mbappe. Le Graet described the taunts as “excesses abnormal in the context of a sports competition.” France's Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, stated that “Sport is fair play” and “not insulting the loser.”

These gentlemen didn’t get the memo that Argentinean fans pride themselves on mocking both beaten and inferior rivals, especially if said rivals are disliked on some level. Vanity and derision are part of Argentinean football culture in international football. Every South American team has fans who engage in a bit of shithousery, but Argentinean fans are hands down number one. Many of us see it as unnecessary and distasteful. Others love it because it adds theatricality and excitement to the game.

Anyone who thinks that the taunts were in response to Mbappe’s comments about South American football leading up to the tournament is deluded. The fact is that European teams do consistently play at a higher level against one another in the Nations League, European Championship qualifiers and the European Championship, as well as the World Cup qualifiers. In South America, it’s Argentina and Brazil. Uruguay is the anomaly. Ecuador is beastly in altitude. The rest are absolutely, unequivocally dead average.

  8. Messi has been a cheat many times absolute BS just youtube it all the Argies do anything to win they call it pushing the boundaries we call it cheating but its all within the laws of the game and they do what's needed to win and that's what we need to do to compete. Simples
