If I were you I would get the roof done on the building, get all the insulation and holes blocked up and your bathroom sorted, I have seen weather predictions you getting plenty rainfall and cold not nice weather, starting sooner than you think. Get your priorities done first and fast or it's going to be a very cold winter for you and a building with no roof.

Just a question don't they have people who pump septic tanks in Portugal here in the is we have septic companies that have what's called honey trucks that pump poo and all and empty the tanks

I was about to ask you the other day but I didn't, I do now! Don't you find it more stressful to have so many projects going on instead of focus on only one like you did with the mini rebuild?
Like i said on other videos, you need to buy a kabota tractor like Theo and bea from the Indie project have, you would of been done with your digging by now all by yourself.

Don’t forget to order a grease trap for the kitchen sink line.
Design your supply lines to be slightly (this may be just Be 1 centimeter above the outlet) so it just self sustains itself and you don’t need any pumps out of the surge pond
