House filming is good. Seated area looking great, and making an income, that's my dilemma, how to, don't think I can do u tube, and I don't think class 1 driver is in demand in castelo branco area. So ur making enough to get by, good for u and keep at it. I'm jealous 😫

I watch your channel and others because i find it interesting content, love your work! There's a lot of knockers out there, just brush them off and reap the rewards as any comment good or bad assists the revenue algorithm for YouTube'rs.

Hey Nick! …It has been pleasure to watch your videos and especially the property viewing with Paula & Fernando. We find property in idelista, Pure Portugal but getting the drone coverage and the videos and your perspective with building experience, I find it privileged to get the first hand information through your channel. And indeed if this provides a small return to the hard work or time you put in this why should anyone bother, it is think they think about the fuel cost you pay for going around and spending your time which if you utilized it on your own property you would be able to achieve much more and at relaxed pace.

The dirt wall is exposed to the water running down to the seat.maybe some vines on top growing over the wall would help erosion.

I don’t understand why so many YouTubers seem to feel guilty about receiving income for their productions! I personally look at it this way! I have stopped watching cable television because there’s nothing but junk! So I turned to YouTube to find things that I’m interested in and that provide me with entertainment! That includes your channel! It cost you money for the equipment, you spend your time in production, editing and uploading! Those things all have value associated with them! I would pay to go to a movie or I would pay to watch cable entertainment! So I personally believe that you guys should be better compensated than even just getting the ad revenue! And if I were watching cable TV they would be benefiting from advertisement revenue! I think you should set up a buy me a coffee or Patreon or any other avenues of income that can be associated with YouTube because you are providing valuable entertainment to people like me and we really enjoy that entertainment! So any vehicle for creating income from YouTube is absolutely permissible and I think you should go for gaining as much revenue as you can!

Hi Nic , I get what you were saying at the beginning, always have.You are doing a great job. I retired at 55 after nearly forty years of work the last 28 of extremely phsyical work. Not as heavy as the Building trade but heavy enough to have worn out my body (standing on concrete floors) The mental stress of the last 10-15 years also taking its toll. then moving here to Castlemaine and having my house renovated. I quickly realiesd I cpould not do it. But spent the first 10 years working on redesignning and building the garden. Now at 72 I cannot do it any more so take care and get help wherever you can be it funding or otherwise.
