Ah here.. you went for another walk and just jumped in … 30 times… To get a proper finish on yur shuttered concrete you should vibrate the shuttering… with a hammer drill without a drill bit in or a recriptocating saw without the blade in… vibrate it…. Good finish😃

It is great to see you using the new skills mate! Dont tell Duarte but i use a hose pipe to wash out the mud between the stones😉
the size i made it is good, much thinner and it wont have much strength. To get a better finish to the concrete mix a tiny bit wetter and bang the boards with a hammer and that will make air bubbles rise or pop. Also support the boards like last time from the other side of the window to stop it moving but good job buddy!!

Hoi Jasper, ik had zelf waarschijnlijk een paar plugjes met anker in de muur geboord om de beton goed te verankeren. En pas op dat de beton ook weer niet te nat is, dan zakt alle grind naar beneden en is de stevigheid boven uit de beton. Om de beton toch goed in alle hoeken te laten vloeien zonder dat het drijfnat is kun je met bijv. een vlakschuurmachine een tijdje tegen de panelen trillen. Maar goed bezig mannen!

That was so funny with Akira. I have the same problem with my Alaskan Malamute, she does not want to come out of the water and doesn't listen to a word I say. I've had the same with the muddy shoes where I had to get in and get her out hahahaha, but its great to see them have so much fun. I counted 24 under ca's (lol I have no idea how to spell it) on the 2 pond trips…much love to you all guys and gals.x

Jasper re the finish in shuttered cement. You need to vibrate the surface of the shuttering to break the air bubbles and bring the cement to the outer surface. use a sander with no pad attached, or a saber-saw with the bade removed. I hope that helps, D
