Hi Chris, Portugal needs real rain as water reservoirs are empty.
The weather isn't great but it's worse here in France, yesterday we had snow! Not a lot but still and they announced frost / below zero temperatures. 🥶
Before you leave Cascais for good, you should go to "A Carvoaria restaurant" which is a South African restaurant in Cascais, they even have coffee "Christina"! 😳
