This is true history, Thank you for enlightening black Americans! Fortunately for me I left the USA 7 years ago, Living permanently in Europe now after traveling 35 Countries and choosing my current resident. America has always been "Corporate" America, it does not care about it's citizen especially black Americans. But at least in Europe as a black American I can be safe and have a good quality of life. The word "Exodus" is misused by you "Back to Africa" folks. For every true ADOS (not Black or African Immigrant or descendant of Immigrants) that "repat" permanently back to the "Motherland"; there are 10 Black or African Immigrants coming to America( or trying) to become citizens that will never leave . Brazil had it worse. They have 100 years more slavery history than the US and they ended slavery 20 years after the States. I am Gullah…African American….and what I find is that we African Americans think we were the only slaves in the new world. But that is far from true. Our numbers came from slave breeding and INTRAcontinental slave trading after 1808. Brazil's number of Blacks came mostly from importing because the Portuguese saw Africa as a endless source of slave labor. So they also worked slaves to death more than in the States. And they worked us hard til the point muscles were tearing from the bones of slaves. So imagine the short life spans of Africans in Brazil and the Caribbean.
