  1. Ajax is doing very well in the security field, but they are making a big mistake when it comes to home automation.
Ajax thinks they can independently dominate the home automation business without the compatibility of Google home, Amazon Alex, or Apple Homekit, if they do not support this in the short term, the home automation project will fail 100%.
At the moment, even the big tech players (Google, Amazon, Apple) are working together to create a global protocol called Thread.
That's why it surprises me even more that Ajax, a very small player compared to Google or Apple, thinks they can dominate the home automation world without compatibility with platforms such as Google Home.
Ajax does not listen to their customers, this strategy is not wise for the long term.

  2. Wow that’s underwhelming! So much hype over so many rehashing of existing products and unneeded products, when the market has been asking you to open up support for Home Assistant and similar platforms and you’re ignoring it.

Sorry, I’m a fan of AJAX and I get you’re in a difficult time, but your effort in producing these, frankly, unnecessary products could have been better used to open up your platform!
