American Likes and Dislikes of Marrakech Morocco

Mor Acro explores Marrakech Morocco and is lucky to be caught up in the Morocco world cup buzz. But first it is to the Koutubia mosque and Jamma el fina to take in the Moroccan celebrations and of course the famous moroccan food, tangia. The next day is spent exploring Moroccan souqs while testing our haggling skills. In the afternoon watching the morocco portugal world cup game in the famous moroccan plaza was a highlight. After an evening of Morocco world cup celebration and African food, we spend our last morning in Marrakech at the historic Dar el Bacha coffee cafe for Moka coffee. While it was the most expensive coffee we have had in Morocco, the experience of Moroccan hospitality and Islamic design was worth the price. We explore the Medina of Marrakech with caffeine in our veins and our eyes wide open. The conclusion? We like Marrakech very much and will likely return to have more tangia and atmospheric evenings in this imperial capital of Morocco.

  1. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO. PLANING ON VISITING IN JANUARY. MY QUESTIONS ARE : WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE IN JANUARY LIKE AND MY SHOULD I CARY CHASH ONLY WITH ME ? THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE.

  3. Marrakech is obviously a tourist trap that me as a local I don't like to go to.
Concerning your kid, in Morocco it's normal to play with random kids nothing bad behind it.
You just say NO, some cultural things seem strange to you and some things in your culture are weird to us as well.

  4. im moroccan but i dont like majority of marakchi people… about people wanting touch your kid is normal here in morocco, i understand the difference between our culture and american culture keeping distance and boundries… but if you see stranger playing with someone s kid here in morocco that doesnt mean they are roomy,

  5. Moroccans are sweet to children. How wonderful that such a little traveler experienced this magical land. Think of the enduring memories for her! Also, as a father and grandfather, I'm impressed with what a great trouper she is.
