"O que" is used at the beginning of a question and means "what", and can also come before a noun to specify it (also like "what"). For example, "O QUE você está fazendo?" (WHAT are you doing?)
"O que que" and "que que" are equivalent and are used to intensify "o que". For example, "O QUE QUE você fez?" ("WHAT have you done?", or even "What the hell have you done?")

I used to love Spanish but now I like it less ever since I heard Portuguese I agree Portuguese is so much better than Spanish now I cancelled learning Spanish and moved on to Portuguese so I can speak in Brazil and I wish the language was called Brazilian

I heard you were having trouble with ح ه خ, in Arabic these are the three differences. Firstly, خ this letter is pronounced KHAA. For example, When people say DJ Khaled, most people say it like kaled. When it should be pronounced KHALED. Secondly, ح this letter is the sound you make when you say HAT, it is that HA. Lastly, ه is the h sound when you say hello or how are you. Which is a lighter sound then the other ح when you say it. I hope this cleared things up. 🙂
