I further show the negative impacts of America in how it continues to have a disregard for Black people. $48, 000 USD does it come with a 1 or 2 year visa? Cause that would be the only value in owning or renting out to the locals, if, they can afford it. Where would be the ROI on owning it?
What's the cost $10-25K cause the construction finishes are not good. Plus, the refrigerator is in the livingroom so long term value will be limited. From the way the fence looks that place will be a ghetto in 5 years. Where is it located in the black part of town?
I agree with Sista Nicole and am glad you’re doing this. If we don’t come, it doesn’t mean wazungus won’t come. Also, there are many indigenous South Africans working in construction, real-estate and the supportive industries as well. Finally, as a young democracy SA has the fastest growing middle class of black people. Things are not how we want them to be for our people but more and more of them are financially on the come-up.

Most African Americans who visited South Africa straight from Europe and USA always says the flight was full of white people. Whites with money are making South Africa their safe heaven by purchasing properties and investing in all forms of businesses.
I call on African Americans to come and invest in South Africa in any form. The more we accumulate assets and invest that's how we will gonna have more blacks owning the economy.
Instead of denoting and fighting amongst each other let's unite and win.
