Ascendant Resources Executive Chairman Mark Brennan joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has met the conditions to increase its ownership from 25% to 50% in the Lagoa Salgada project in Portugal. The company will now focus on the rest of the conditions to increase its stake in the Project to 80% by year end.
Brennan also share results from the recent exploration work and geological interpretation of the Lagoa Salgada Property in Portugal.
Brennan telling Proactive the results included the identification of copper rich stockworks below the North Zone at Venda Nova. Identification of a potential massive sulphide lens lateral to the South Zone at Venda Nova.
Brennan also shared Deep Penetrating Electromagnetic work at the Venda Nova deposit included two large loops centered along strike of the known mineralization, both north and south sectors.
