As an agent here in the North of Portugal (ponte de Lima , Braga and surroundings) she's absolutely right!
The Real estate industry is still very much in an embryo stage.
There is still very little prioritising of the clients, most are looking at their own pockets and that's how they make decisions, including many agencies that won't even agree to visits because they don't want to split the commission.
There are some great agents however, and when I find them I make sure I remember them for future business 🙂

Please stop telling everyone how great the North is. When I go there, I don't want to hear any english interfering with my Portugues immersion experience : )
