As war breaks out in Europe, now is not the time to visit Portugal, coupled with Covid-19 and the invasion of Ukraine by the Russians, it will be many years before leisure travel is safe to my beloved Portugal. It is extremely dangerous.

Love the answer to the family home question. My daughter moved to another state when she married and my husband and I sold the family home, bought a smaller home near them and we so enjoy having Sunday dinners but without the large house upkeep.

I love how you both are so open and very polite with your answers. Like you, I am waiting for all the travel restrictions to be lifted. I would love to take a trip to a few places in Europe, including Portugal, to celebrate my 70th; however I don’t think it’s going to happen.😭

Loved your video. I just came back from a 9 day cruise to Aruba Curacao and Bimini, Nassau. We had booked ABCs 2 years ago and Celebrity was fantastic moving our cruise and flights ahead from 2021 to 2022. They required a rapid test which cost us $40 at Shoppers Drug Mart and the PCR test we got in the port as we disembarked. It really was very easy. Celebrity didn't charge for the test as we booked before November 2021. We always fly out of Detroit as l like Delta. 👍 l find they have less delays and canceling flights. On the cruise there was one case of covid which they isolated immediately as well as the co travellers and sent them home at our first port. We only had to wear masks in the casino and the theater. Everyone was vaccinated and there were no more cases. I ended up being very glad l did it. I am going to Vancouver in July to do a 7 day Alaska cruise also. These were both cruises l had booked for 2021 and am finally going! It's wonderful and l have to say the ship was at half capacity and very clean! I never felt at risk. All the best.

We just came back from US. The COVID test (IDNow – accepted by Canada) is free in Walgreens and the result comes back in less than 24 hrs.

I'm shocked and puzzled. I don't want to delve into your personal life but I was shocked that you haven't seen your daughter in 2 years, she only lives in Ottawa. I would have thought you could have met her halfway perhaps in Peterborough if you didn't want to drive and stay in Ottawa. Just curious. Thank you for a wonderful channel.
