ATLANTICORP is a 7-year Venture Capital Fund, approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (“CMVM”), which is investing up to €105m in companies that hold real estate assets with a focus on hotels, condo-hotels, and residential projects, in prestigious locations in Portugal.

The subscription of participation units (UP) by the subscribers of the ATLANTICORP Fund will bring a series of benefits, of which I would like to highlight the goal of a consolidated annual return that will range between 6 – 8% average per year, and the eligibility for the Portuguese Golden Visa program (for a minimum investment for €500k), which immediately gives a residence permit in Portugal and later will even allow you to obtain Portuguese nationality, both allowing free movement in the Schengen area (includes the majority of the European countries).
