REA Group economist Angus Moore says we are certainly seeing a “slowdown in market conditions” more broadly.

“Part of that is the fact that we are coming into winter – auction markets are quieter in winter,” he told Sky News Australia.

“That said, things are still quite busy for winter, we still had quite a high sales volume through much of last month.”
