  1. Love watching your videos, as well as Billy's. We had an 1887 Colonial Revival (stone Victorian) that was haunted by a little girl. I love older homes and a Chateau would be awesome to refurbish so watching you guys makes a nice way to end my evenings here in California. I am a fine arts artist and actually have three of my larger drawings in a Chateau in France. Hey … if I can't travel, at least my drawings can. Thanks for sharing and best to you!

  2. I love Property #1. You could turn the attic into the master suite and use the downstairs partially for business like you said. A positive of having no river is you don’t have to worry about it flooding. The village was so beautiful and cute!

  3. Don't ever get a townhouse / apt. Trust me. The "community" will always have rights to take your money for some reason or other (whether you have any or not). They can bankrupt you, or put you in a very bad financial state at any given moment, and it's legal. It's always better to have a free standing, even if it requires more investment, initially.

  4. Ryan, it would be nice if you would add the name of each village to your description, and/or the coordinates . . . or better yet a map screen print of the area, so we can follow your searches.

  5. Hey Ryan – power washing is so enjoyable but l sure get pretty soaked and grubby too. Did a spot of gardening, housework and getting ready for the working week. Watching from Melbourne, Australia. 🥰

  6. The village is lovely especially the lake and church. Both properties didn’t have a garden or outside space. I guess you would need to decide if not having our own personal outside space is ok. Certainly less maintenance in that you won’t have to cut the grass. I personally like having my own private outdoor space here in Connecticut, USA. Best of luck in your search and thanks for sharing your journey with us 😍😘

  7. That was an adorable little village, Ryan. Looks like a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy life. Talking about your web design business is fine with me. You did a great job with Michael's and it opens up possibilities for future sponsors. Many people are choosing to go into business online with e-commerce and become digital nomads. You could definitely do videos on that along with the work you're doing with Billy. Generating passive income so you can pursue your passions is the kind of freedom many of us crave. If you can show people how to do that, I think only good can come from it. Love you, Ryan. Have a peaceful night. 😘

  8. Oh it's interesting that you are building website's 😁! And from what I have seen looking at your work. It's good! 😍😍😍
This town is not very nice too, it's a good place for you i think!!! Good price's too! No kidding this is a possible please for you! But since France have sooooo many Nice willages i am confident you will find the dream property 😁👍❤️ yes i am praying for my own family to visit France this summer and have a good look too, so: have about a website independent of other property sails company's gathering places you are looking in to and keep a update there on property for sale! Because you are actually selling Ryan! Who would not take a sneak peek at please thru your work, you know like a mood board! And who would not pay for getting this sneak peek at places! You can eks: use YouTube too, i am sure you will figure out the best way to do this! And Ryan have you seen some of the those who is showing property's on YouTube? Hmm i know you can do your angel and actually do better in many cases! Because selling and being on YouTube is really not the same! And yes your face is well known! It's already have a value!!!!!

  9. Since Brexit, anyone coming from a non E.U. Country (i.e. U.K.) can stay in France for a maximum of 90 days within a 180 day period, unless you have Nationality of an E.U. Country, for example I’m Italian and also have a British passport.

  10. That first house would be a better business decision. With your YouTube and you are starting up the website business having not only a 90% living completed and a work space for your web design/YouTube and can be rented out as a airb&b whilst you are traveling between France and Thailand.
If you choose the second one it is really small and would take 6-10 months to make it livable and the airb&b would be off the table so you loose that particular possibility of income. That first place would give you a place to run a Antique place, or shop to restore copper pots🧐🤔🤫🤗

  11. I liked your editing Ryan going back to the church in the villagebecause I have developed vertigo and when the camera makes sudden movements I go dizzy and lose my balance, so this small change in today's video made a big difference to me personally thankyou.

  12. Loved the second property and your be able to put your own stamp on it …. I'm presuming the garden came with that one? If so I'd definitely say that's my favourite one so far. I couldn't live without my own garden . Thank you for sharing. Your living the dream that only few of us could only dream of . Take care and stay safe xx

  13. Hi Ryan I loved the village but not sure about the properties, the hairdressing place was good but didn’t see a garden and the second property although a brilliant price, needs a lot doing to it but we have a program in the UK called Homes under the hammer and I’ve seen worst houses than the second one done up for twenty five thousand pounds, which if it cost that much to do would still be so cheap and it has a garden and parking, second one to keep in mind I think, keep looking honey you will know when you ‘find the one’,

  14. I think property 2 has potential as a holiday let. I thought maybe it didn't have plumbing for that price but it does. It does seem to have a flat roof?? Those are not good but I guess you could work with it and make sure it gets proper drainage (if it has a flat roof). I bet if you offered less they'd go for it.
I think you did a smashing job on Michael's website! And I love the header banner design he did.

  15. Great vid with ideas for people here. Good statements of intent. Important to state intent, the majority of people respond to this. A bit of CYA there too, making sure expectations are on point. For the market stuff, prices look rock bottom from the outside. But markets are fickle. Buying the dip sometimes results in further losses. Especially in the current economic climate. Check out some of Jeremy Grantham's recent analyses (another British deserter) if you don't believe it. Maybe this dip has more legs? …Next up, where is your portfolio or online CV?

  16. I love that little village!its so well kept with the flowers around the church and mairie! The houses I am not sure off. The small one would be a lovely beginners project and maybe a nice holiday rental but not for permenant residance.

  17. Good on you Ryan. Your channel has grown so much in terms of content and flow. I really enjoy seeing you represent yourself and your intentions clearly – love your warmth, fun side, kindness and intelligence. You’ve got the job 🤣 Another lovely village with interesting buildings for sale.

  18. I like the second property, for the price you have lots of money to fix it up just the way you like and you showed a nice green field, did that come with it. A very good deal for your first fixer upper. And not too far from Billy

  19. Hey Ryan, please don’t feel that you have to apologise if you have a shorter or “quieter” vlog or feel you have to do better. I love all your content just as is – a reflection of life. Some days are exciting and busy, others are slower paced and reflective. I love it all – thank you 😘
