This beautiful farm has been built from the ground up by a family with love for what they do and their community.
It represents an opportunity to buy a wonderful home, a working farm and some investment opportunities through building plots adjacent to the main farm land.
Situated so close to Figueiro Dos Vinhos but with the feeling of isolation it ticks both boxes of solitude but also so close to amenities.

Most times it amazes me greatly the way I move from an average lifestyle to earning over 63k per month, utter shock is the word. have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities abound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus.
So the value of the old owners life can now be quantified, the value seen by the son is nonly what he can gain from its sale not the work and hours of love and toil that went into the decades of its care and building or the terices
This place has so much potential!!! ♡ ♥💕❤😘
💕This lady is a brilliant estate agent she knows where the boundaries are the wells trees water for the land per property💕Definitely a great person if your a buyer from a different country💕She teaches you Portuguese words & you teach her English💕That’s a win win for everyone💕
Straw is from stalks/stems of cereals for example barley or wheat. Hay is from grass.
I would buy the property and have to make a deal with Portuguese farmers to harvest . My wife doesn't like hot weather. Price is a deal.
I'm no longer waiting for the GRANT LOAN because I earn $50,000 every 7 days recently
You should mention the price
Wow….. Amazing property! One needs a map to find the way to the rooms🤗. And the garden….a dream!
Beautiful property!
Destino Portugal is quickly becoming my favorite Portugal Channel!
I think i am in love …. pffffff 😍
Jc from Oregon USA
I wish you show the back of the house and the boundary
I am very interested
I first got into BTC back in 2016 and have been hodling/buying sats at different price points since. I've been through corrections before and will likely experience more over the future. Volatility is simply the price one needs to pay if they want to play. I don't have any Alts as I'm a bit of a BTC Maxi, but that said, if BTC hasn't died before, it surely won't do so now. Stick in there – yes we are all feeling the pain, but over the long run this will just be a blip. This is how I see past corrections when I felt that I got in at a high (back then I think it was less than $1000 and bouncing all over the place!). Now when I look back, all I see is regret for not having the courage in buying more at those times. But if you believe BTC has value, then by all means, buy these dips if you can afford to. For those who got in at 60 or 70K and feeling the crunch: hang in there. BTC is not a get rich quick scheme. Wait it out and you will see: you will come away stronger. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 16` btc from day trading with Mr Wallace Crypto in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish. Hi liked the tour on this property very interesting needs a bit of work, not too keen on all the bars on the windows is this a normal thing with property’s in Portugal.love all the fruit trees and out buildings.
Uniquely situated property with well kept & very large house and loads of land! Very tidy which is appealing to folks who aren't wanting to renovate ruins.
I enjoy your property tours with Paola and your commentary.
It is a bonus for that price
I might have to stop watching Portuguese property videos… I feel like moving back. I'm half Portuguese, half Spanish and I lived in Portugal 5 years when I was a child and I have great memories, plus I still have my Mum's side of the family in Central Portugal. I ❤️ Portugal
What is the location of the property, address, in relation to Lisbon. Sorry, i am from the us
That lady.. Paula is so natural and joyous…she could sell coals to Newcastle!
Another beautiful farm. I enjoy looking around these via your videos!
Great video. you've remind me of what someone once said❤The richest people in the world build networks; everyone else is trained to look for work.” “There is a difference between being poor and being broke. I once attended similar and ever since then i been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth..
Love this property showing!!
Lol .. I'm not a farm boy.
Straw – from a variety of crop plants such as wheat, barley, oats used for animal bedding ( wheat ), the others as a food.
Hay – from a variety of different grass plants dried to preserve for a dry matter food for animals.
Big property ..
Your Real Estate lady is a hoot!!
That was a good spot under the eave on the upstairs terrace for the inverter and battery for the solar panels.;-)
Is there an inspector for structural before a sale? Thank you!
Paula is natural, love her!:You make a good team.
Did you say the nearest cit6 was Figueres de Foz???
Love it when you teach her new words.
Asbestos???? Who would remove that.
Just a small thing. Please go first on stairs or point the camera at an other point as forwards for a few seconds. I do love the videos about houses and farms. Still wondering in some difference of prices on comparable property's. This one is very nice.
Now we are talking!!! Just wow!!
I have been a farmer for 15years without any better profit till I met John. I took a loan of $500 and invested. Now I make $3,500 weekly
Hi Nick. Wondering if you might share Vera Gomes email adress.
In the old days this was considered an affluent property. Great opportunity for the right couple with energy and vision. I like the friendly relationship between the two of you, makes it more interesting. Thanks from Rhode Island, USA, formerly from a small village in the Leiria district. 🇵🇹🇺🇲
🍀💐
This lady is a library of information, mixes up some of the English meaning but entirely understandable. Wow! I love the price too. You just need to have the inclination to do a little farming yourself.
What a lovely home, a quick lick of paint here and there and Bob's your mothers brother. I always wonder what something equivalent to this would cost here.
My experience of cracked concrete roofs. in my Algarve property, is that it is a result of using inadequate re-inforcement, In my case way too small a diameter (by today's standards) of steel mesh (rebar), in effect a mesh of 1/4-3/8" wire/metal which caused the roof to sag. The cure was to "insert" a re-inforcing beam in it by supporting the roof and very slightly jacking it up to horizontal, excavating a "trench", tying in much thicker rebar to the ring beam/slab and backfilling the "trench" with concrete and voila no more sag. Sounds a lot worse than it was and not that expensive in the overall renovation cost.
Beautiful property. It will be fantastic for a family. Close to town and amenities, but nice and private
I love farms that the habitation part is treed.
Wow Nick, you're really cranking these property tour videos out faster than my ability to find time to watch them!
Another nice property with great views, space and privacy. Genuine Portuguese charm too with the wooden floors and lovely old-fashioned tiles. I would try to keep as many of the original features as possible. Numerous outbuildings provide additional optionality, for storage or a dog kennel etc.
I didn't like the two internal bedrooms as they were pokey and dark, in fact the internal layout of the house was not optimal (especially too many small rooms) and I'd be looking to change it, possibly opening up the rooms by knocking down a wall or two.
Some misunderstanding on the bars on all the windows, they are there to prevent burglary and not necessarily because the risk of burglary is high. The property is quite private and not overlooked, so in theory could easily be burgled without disturbance, via one of the windows. Burglary is quite common in rural Portugal, even though the overall crime rate is low.
Not sure I'd want to pay full asking price, but someone wishing to build on the land could probably get value for money in pursuing such a project.
Little advice when you film and edit later. Never talk at the same time and don’t “yeah yeah” on the video. Too long time with drone and concentrated at one point more than another. Personal unneded talk cut out. It makes videos less intrested and ppl(potential custamers) cant concentrate on the important part. Next time when you make video, plan in advanced all what you must do. Tell them upfront what they must show and tell. That way videos will content ONLY important stuff and less for boring. Now it’s just too messy… sorry. Nice farm, but too boring to listen..
Power station 🙂 for the solar..
Yet another excellent property. Thanks for the vlog.
Superb property, loads of variety with the land. Great location. Thanks for sharing.
Why are there so many bars on the doors and windows? Is crime bad in this area?
