Property is too close to other properties. No privacy. And the back yard is a mess. Too much overgrowth. The fruit look more like tangerines instead of oranges. Also not many rooms in house.

I love this, but as a family of 5 we would need a couple more rooms 😀 If it were 3 bedrooms at that price I'd be interested!

Could you share the location is it central , or north Portugal. I am looking in the Algarve at the moment but , the house prices are going crazy now. Absolutely gorgeous.

Such a beautiful place. I wonder about the tile floors though. Of course they are beautiful but aren’t they quite slippery? Falls are such cause of injury. Also seems keeping them clean would be difficult. Asking this because it seems the nicer renovated homes in Portugal, (and also Spain), all seem to include tile floors so I know they are preferred there. Also, is it possible to hire cleaning help, (perhaps weekly), affordably for an older person? I’m serious in my interest in buying a small property in Portugal.

Move-in ready… potential to expand all the way into and restore its ruin… mature fruit trees and room for a mahoosive veg & fruit patch and other landscaping… peaceful… You've got me daydreaming, friends 😊.

Beautiful is the word. A craftsmans's restoration. No open fire. Too many neighbours and too small land area for me. Just goes to show though, if you bought at e30K you can add value.

Absolutely beautiful. Move in ready and the bathrooms were very nice, modern and hook ups for washer & dryer,
what more could you ask for. The stone walls were gorgeous, I loved it and I thought it was reasonably priced. Thanks for sharing. Tell Sarah to enjoy those oranges guilt free.

Saw this one (as images) on their website last week (after watching your schist village vid) and glad you have now put out a vid on this Pedrogao pequeno gem. I was all ready to open the wallet and put down a deposit when I first saw it … though sadly, not ready to make that commitment yet 😕
