  1. How about building a commercial complex and living on top of the building .
    On top of building rental yeilds are low.so we can build a house their.
    If the building is G+2 or more than that we can have lift also.

  2. Hi Akshat, your Hindi is as suddha as pure your English is… As always a very informative video structured in a very easy to understand way.
    One point I would like to say is, from the invest in Real estate point of view REIT could have been included here. That’s just my opinion, with all due respect to you.
    I personally thinking about start taking position in REIT, so would have been very helpful from that particular perspective.

  3. I went to arpora in Goa..4 years back .. there was a huge penthouse which I saw thanks to a friend .. right now it's like 4-5 in crores which was bought just for 40 lacs in 2006-07

  6. Sir when u say that one should own entire commerical property including land, how is that possible?
    Now a days most commerical properties are part of larger building and buying these buildings is 12 to 15 cr affair

  7. From Employee point of view, If one is just paying rent every month then that house will not be his/her after 10 years. But, If someone pays EMI every month after taking loan then after 10 the house will be his/her posession. Then, Why don't we just buy a house instead of paying rent to someone else??

  8. I am salaried person getting approx 1 lakh P/m , I m in Ghaziabad transferable job paying around 20 th. Rent , if I go for house there may B after 2 yr I wl get transfer , around 15 th. I m investing in MF. Kindly tell me what investment option I should opt to make money

    But obviously your are so used to using English that you are using English.. Not demotivating you ..
    So majority people who understand itna shoudh Hindi might not understand some of the English words you are using..

  10. हिंदी मे सूनके अच्छा लगा। मेरा एक प्लॉट है। मुझे घर जलदी चाहीये तो क्या मै फ्लॅट लेलू या प्लॉट पे घर बनाऊ।
