From Employee point of view, If one is just paying rent every month then that house will not be his/her after 10 years. But, If someone pays EMI every month after taking loan then after 10 the house will be his/her posession. Then, Why don't we just buy a house instead of paying rent to someone else??
I am salaried person getting approx 1 lakh P/m , I m in Ghaziabad transferable job paying around 20 th. Rent , if I go for house there may B after 2 yr I wl get transfer , around 15 th. I m investing in MF. Kindly tell me what investment option I should opt to make money
