Canada requires huge number of immigrants for development of their economy and also the vast natural resources of the country …yet they have kept the eligibility pts at very high level which I feel not logical. This should be reviewed and revised and made more rational.The requirements should be based on certain level of education, capability of contributing to do a particular job, language proficiency, previous working experience and also the aptitude,will and wisdom which can be done by processing the application of the candidates followed by interview if thought necessary.
The next thing to which I would like to draw attention of the relevant authorities is about the approval of Study Visa.When someone intends to complete some study program with a view to enhance career development ,the visa authorities asks about their intentions of going back to their home country after the study.And in fact most of the students stay back in Canada to get PR and the Canada Govt very rightly grants approval.
Now the point is why such practice is going on…asked to declare something before and allowed to do something else after….is it not a matter to think over and rationalise.

No hope for CEC applicants. Scores drop with every birthday anniversary.

The CRS applied is too high and this will not favour CEC who are already here in Canada who have a job. If unsuccessful with falling within the cutoff are likely to loss the job and start all over again from his home country where the person has no experience.

Secondly, the cutoff should not be same for all in the express entry. Focus should be more on CEC and lower cutoff points.

I got my study visa and due to visa delay I deferred may to September intake 2022 so that my DLI number has been changed but same college and same course just I have changed the campus only. My college says it’s not a problem you can travel but My concern should I face any problem in immigration process.
