Brexit small print threatens fines for Brits with second homes in Portugal – Outside Views

A little known ruling as a result of Brexit has left tens of thousands of Portuguese resident in UK – as well as Brits with second homes in Portugal – in a race against time if they want to avoid stiff financial penalties.

Brexit happened on January 31st 2020 when the United Kingdom formally left the institutions of the European Union. And I give you some outside views on it.
