Building Two Sets Of Stairs in This Very Odd Split Level Old House #91

This renovation project in the rural Algarve hills is one step (or a few) closer to looking like a home. Steps are the next stage and we can move forward.

  1. I've been following you for quite awhile; here's the problem I see: too many steps; am 68, I could never handle that many steps; also the horizontal area seems to narrow. I like the things you build but too many steps for an old fellow like me. And… you must have railings on all of those steps and walls.

  2. Well Andy you really do have a little piece of paradise with your property. What a gorgeous sky! Great to see the stairs completed. I find it so interesting watching the concrete work and that laser level is so useful! I’m looking forward to your next video 😊

  3. Another dog!!!! U r teasing us!! 🐶🐶🐶
I like the format of seeing the projects to a natural conclusion.
Hard to believe the way they built these houses with rocks and dirt! And plaster over top!
It will be difficult to wait longer for your vids, but u do what is good for u!! 👍❤️👍
Loved the thunder and lightening 👍
I always think it would be nice to leave the bus where it is to be a guest house, or just addition to the yard, party on—-changing room for spa or pool? Maybe get something else to go down in the garden ? Who knows what might be available when u r ready. Love the bus and the way you’ve done it up. 💕👍

  4. Very good job on the steps Andy . Leaving to the Algarve on Monday i hope the weather stays warm so we can enjoy the beach as much as you do . Maybe see you in Loule at the market i meet my father and his friends for lunch on Saturdays at noon across the street from the market . This is a tradition they have been doing for more than 20 years now. CHEERS

  5. I’m going to miss Saturdays with you Andy but I understand. At some time could you let me/us know what all your dogs’ names are please. It just seems rude to keep referring to each one as ‘the dog.’
