  1. Hello, if you do not have comfrey plants in your garden. I would recommend you growing it for your Medicinal plant extractions and salves. It's the Best for many ailments. It can also be combined with other medicinal plants that you probably already have. have fun. If you want to make plant extracts from dried flowers plants on a larger scale check out the "magic butter machine" extracts dried plants quick using coconut oil which is better absorbing than olive oil. People love buying these types of remedies….

  2. Max should have a buddy as dogs are pack animals…..just a thought if you can afford it….unless of course he hangs during the day with the whole family and other dogs, but still would be good for his health to have another dog even for night. No dog should be kept outside alone…..this is for any person reading this….not necessarily the Portugal project.

  7. Great editing work on this video Nick 🎬 Max is a cool, affectionate dog – dog owners know how happy they are to have a duty and to protect their home. Ange, your Cornish dialect is funny 😀 Great job guys 👍👍

  8. Another lovely video😊 Gate job finished, big mechanics job with good progress made, a lovely recipe, and the farm is looking lush and fruitful. A good week in review. Well done guys!👏🏽

  9. Quince preserve (Membrillo) is wonderful, it takes a fair bit of cooking down with sugar and lemons but is well worth the effort, delicious either with cheese or on toast for brekkie. My Uk supply has dried up and they are hard to find here.

  10. You are both such lovely people and always full of life hacks and boundless generosity. Thank you so much for helping Luke out with his Engine it is going to be such a lifesaver for him and for really putting the heart into our community. After my phone being nicked in Lisbon yesterday it just reminds me again of how genuinely honest and brilliant our little community is -great going Nick and Andrea!

  11. I know very little about engines, but I swear to God, Nick, you are a genius you can do it all! The Quince vinegar is interesting, I have only had it as a jam or chutney. Processing olives is cool too. We can only get them in the store here in🇨🇦. I think it is getting more important to grow and process what we can, especially with world events being what they are. I am all geared up to get a good start on getting seeds started indoors in March. We can plant in June but have to protect from night frost for the first 2 weeks or so. 🙂👍👍👍❤🇨🇦

  12. Sorry Nick! I love you, but I cut right to Angie's alchemy kitchen segment as soon as I heard you say, "Right! Here we are back to doing Luke and Sarah's engine." 😅😅 You're both so clever and talented, each in your own special way.
