💭 Day 5 Thoughts:
Lazy morning out of Ponte de Lima (but very beautiful with the morning mist). A bit of an uphill climb today—a pleasant surprise because I’m breaking a sweat and loving it. Lots of time for quiet reflection. Upon submitting the climb, a Portuguese family offered me cake and beer (they saw how tired and hungry I was!). Arrived at the albergue Ninho to find my group of camino friends…we had the whole place to ourselves—the owner left on date…200 kilometers away 🥰

Bom caminho/buen camino,
David 🐚
