💭 Day 7 Thoughts:
It was a nice decision to stay in Saxamonde instead of pushing towards Redondela—we had the entire Albergue O Corsico all to ourselves (while we heard Redondela was packed), and it was quiet and beautiful. We also had the most ‘magical’ and memorable lunch at Fran Hamburgueseria (O Porriño)—the owner is also a magician and gave us a free magic show plus liquor shots to send us on our way.
Bom caminho/buen camino,
David 🐚

David, how do I get to the links to day one etc? thank you
7:20 I remember that downhill very vividly 😂😂
Greenery and forest beautiful. No rain to start the day is always a plus. What’s your number from the “grumpy scale” for that day? LOL Is there a certain time of the day that the number is higher? Beautiful walk!!! 👍🥾
Excellent job!
Those wonderful green forests, and beautiful streams! And many happy pilgrims 🙂
Wow, good to see your update with new Camino trail! I just finish Camino French way on last week and going to Camino Portuguese on next Tuesday, I wonder that is it warm enough at night with just sleeping bag liner for you? Because in French way I bring my sleeping quilt and I would like to cut down my packing weight with just sleeping liner in this new trip.
Gracias por compartir, esos lugares tan hermosos y esas personas Maravillosas con las que haces el camino, saludos a todos. Y BUEN CAMINO 🤗
Meu sonho é fazer esse caminho de Santiago da Compostela .
