  1. IRCC continues to be overwhelmed. Still no streamlined approach and IRCC agents vary in their answers.Still no information regarding accommodations. Understand hoops need to be in place but not to the extent that applicants are being asked to complete the application during an active invasion in Ukraine.

  2. Trying to bring wife's syster… the hole process of application doesn't look like Canada trying to help Ukrainians much. If its so difficult for us (we live here, provided bank statements, translated documents, paid for the lawyer $40/one page to translate, own a house and room for her, paid for health insurance, din't ask for any financial support from government. Still they returned her file to add some documents), let alone those poor mothers with kids, that trying to go to Canada without any help… no chance. But thanks to Polland, they are accepting all, no limits! Helping all of Ukrainians. My mother stays there now. War will end, but shame will be for ever.

  3. I do considerate the ukrainian refugees and I do understand this woman who asks the world to stop the war. There is nothing like to be at home. I do admire Canada because Canada is an open door for refugees, but I also understand that a lot of people is waiting also to be received and everytime that there is a new war, Canada postponed them. And also they are on risk, they are in countries that excluded them, discriminated them, persecute them, and even in refugee camps, but until now they are waiting the calling from the Embassy to the interview with no results. So If Canada wants to receive more and more refugees, and this is excellent, but please, open your door also for those who are waiting for years, their sponsorship groups have been admitted since a long time but the Embassy of Canada in the place where those people have temporal visas, never had called them.

  4. I had my doubts about Sean Fraser given how young he is compared to most other MPs, but he's been doing a fantastic job so far. He's practical, no-nonsense, works with has good relations with Conservatives, and spends as much time engaging with people in his rising as possible

  5. At this point, the Canadian government helped Ukrainian refugees just with words. All Canadian embassies in Poland and Romania are closed. To find out how to apply for any visas to Canada is a big headache, almost unreal for people without the English language. All people whom I know came to Canada, not as a refugee, they had before open visas as visitors ( most of them are parents or relatives who visited Canada before). Stop bragging about your “great help” and worry about the huge expenses for Ukrainian people. At this point, the Canadian government did not help a lot!!!

  6. The world's largest community kitchen feeds 100,000 daily at Golden Temple, India · Harmandir Sahib, often referred to as the Golden Temple. Something similar can be done for Ukrainian refugees

  7. the interviewer anchor is really impressive, capturing all the obvious issues and even reading between the line.
But Minister Fraser keep on deviating away from the issues and questions.
