  1. My posterior aches every time I see a coach or bus just done 3 day round trip, you guys deserve a medal 🏅great vid as always onwards to new adventures 😎👍

  2. Hi Mandy and Lee,

It's so nice to see your confidence as you use public transport. I can't wait to return to Portugal and travelling this way makes it so affordable.

I so echo that lovely feeling of starting a new journey that Lee mentioned. Being "on the move" is the best vibe ever.

I love how you show costs and information so clearly in your vlogs. Just so interesting.

So I am just half way through my journey.

I really enjoyed Kosovo, so unapologetic.

Now in North Macedonia. Very different. Country 95!

It's going well. But I don't want to rock the boat because I don't know yet my final trip costs. You never know what could happen!.

I thought I would try out a variety of hostels. The cheapest being in Skopje, 6 euros, very cosy, convenient location, pretty comfortable. Not as much sleep as I like but great vibe for meeting people and free fruit/thick chocolate biscuits, coffee and tea.
At Lake Ohrid..9 euros, very clean, professional, ladies dorm has own shower and balcony with view of the lake. Nice vibe. Host is great!

Not really eating out much. Trying to save a bit of money by using supermarkets and fellow travellers have given me bit of food (and beer) they don't need.

Ohrid had so much natural beauty. I can pack a picnic and not spend anything.

I fly back on the 8th.

Looking forward to your next film.
    .

  3. Your videos are my wife’s and I Sunday morning ritual…we LOVE your videos and you two are excellent hosts. Portugal will be our home within 4 years as we are “expatting”(?) from the US..keep up the great videos and we’re looking forward to your future travels and videos…
P.S. I’ve never heard of cheese complimenting peanut butter. Have I missed out? ✌🏼

  4. The bus and train tips from Cascais to Nazare are very helpful. It looks like Mandy has less bags this time. 😂 I am amazed how Mandy filmed while carrying all those bags. Thank you for another great video and tips.

  5. Hello you Two 👋🏻 That was fun! The buses in Portugal are far superior to the buses we have in Canada’s Capital! I had a car the entire time I was in Portugal but took the train to & from Parede to Lisbon and when I was leaving Atouguia (Lourinhã) I left the car there and took a very early morning bus up to Lisboa and the airport. I had a lot of luggage too… but all went smoothly and the bus was comfy!
I think Pingo Doce #pingodoce should sponsor you. I loved shopping there! That and Lidl.
Looking forward to those Nazaré clips. I saw some amazing waves at Praia Norte and an incredible sunset. I had no interest in surfing before spending 3 months hanging out in Baleal & Peniche and see those gigantic waves. Now I’m hooked on Big Wave surfing. I know far too much now, LOL.
    Thanks for another great video.

  6. Hi there Mandy and Lee, glad to see you're still having fun exploring beautiful Portugal. Have some catching up to do on your vlogs, been overseas for a while.Really pleased to say we will be travelling to Porto ourselves this summer…… I can't wait! Your channel has been so useful for checking out places to visit and eat whilst we are there, I'm making notes. Love the style of your vlogs, proper video diaries and very informative. Hope you have a wonderful time in Nazare, take care Karen x.
