A deceptively spacious and traditional Portuguese town house located in the old district of Figueiro dos Vinhos.
With a relatively new roof, lots of original features and spread over 3 floors it represents an excellent investment opportunity, family home or town house for someone not looking for the added work of land management.
The property is located within easy walking distance of supermarkets, local shops, bakeries, coffee shops, banks and the camara but is in a quiet and peaceful side street lined with beautiful Portuguese calcada.
Contact Paula, Cristiana or Elisabete at Casa Rural for further details and dont forget to follow us on the other socials.
Thanks for watching!
Another great property you have great banter too
If the property was renovated what would you expect for rent per month
Like your new logo. Love looking at the houses you show. wish you were working on your property, oh, BTW how are your fruit trees doing in all this heat?
Hi! Greetings from Singapore. How much would an old Portuguese village house costs in Central Portugal? Thks n appreciated.
Nick what are the roads like coming into this town? Are they narrow and hilly or mountainous? Do you know if there is bus service to this town? A space like this could be very doable for me. I like the idea of creating a rental on the lower level and living on the upper level. It seems like you could already have space for the stairs going to a roof terrace if you utilized the chimney for it. Of course that is purely speculation on my part. It must be difficult to get permission to do this or Paula would have already thought about this and had it designed in her mind. One thing I noticed about the roofs is the crazy angles that the roofers had to lay the tiles, especially on this townhouse. They are real craftsmen.

Great to have a local estate agent to tell about the rules.
Love the music. Could you tell me what it is please?
Figueiro dos Vinhos seem to favour Dormer Windows (and sun terraces) – not seen that very much in Portugal
Nick (or Paula) could you state what way the front of the properties face?
LOVE THE VIDEOS, BUT, FOR WE, OLDER VIEWERS, THE MUSICAL INTERLUDES ARE A LITTLE ON THE LOUD SIDE…CAN YOU ADJUST THE SOUND FOR THAT, PLEASE?…ALL THE BEST…🙏;)
this area looks like the projects in the bad areas of chicago
Love your videos! Thank you for your time and effort 👌 fantastic!❤
Nice music in your opening and beautiful drone views. This house seems to be in a good location — city center!
What a cute place in such a cute town – I wish that at the end the video kept going, so I could see you guys walking to the services in the town. I see it's really close to Tomar, too.
Would love to see more of the drone footage from a higher elevation in the future, just to see where a house is in relation to the town, the size of the town, etc.
Great video, as usual! 🙌🏽 Bom fim de semana! 🌺🤙🏽
Beautiful tawn… Beautiful house… 👍🏻
I love this building! I grew up with bidets and I still love them! Need it if you want to be clean!
Nice song 🙂
🍀💐
20.10 there's a plaque to an important historical person it is the bishop of Porto and the archbishop of Braga diogo de Sousa who lived 1462 to 1532 he either was born in that house or was born in that street/area…please read about him because he seemed to do a lot to personally further man with lifestyle and education…the property has potential would definitely need a home DIY or builder to keep prices down but the neighbors roof terrace makes it even more an interesting prospect someone will make this a lovely home…as for the cat I think he was watching the budgie on the opposite side of the road🤗👍….
I think it's a nice home and will be fab with an up do. The only thing i wonder about is parking. 🙂👍👍
Delightful to watch your videos! I've been here since you first started back in 2020 – your skills in filming sure has improved a lot. It's interesting to see all the property tours as well, although I'm content with my new, retired life in my country. Congrats on the growth of your channel! Try to ignore the hateful comments – easier said than done – what's the matter with people?? Envy?? Those evil and rude ones says a lot more about the commentator….
It's easy to assume, as a viewer, due to the increase of the amount of Youtubers in Portugal – that it's some kind of mass emigration from Britain to Portugal, but I guess it's not the case. I've tried to read in between the lines why people leave the UK, it can't just be about Brexit? "Skipping the Rat race" is often mentioned, but a bit of that I believe we all have – more or less of course. I can understand the young people moving, today online work is established, so you can live almost anywhere. Is it tough to live on your pension – for ordinary people – in UK? It takes a lot to leave a country where you have lived and worked all your life, and adjust in a country with a completely new language. No one really talks about this on any channel.
End of rant😁Love your channel and will continue to watch with pleasure. Take care, from Sweden💛💙, Katarina
No outside area, no place to park, needs a lot of renovation. Too ambitiously priced considering all that, I'm afraid. square meter price is obviously for foreigners. It's almost as high as Amsterdam.
I was sondering hoe tour own renovations are goin. Or are you now only showing properties? I am shure a lot of people will apreciate this
You could possibly make a small, separate unit downstairs to rent out and live upstairs. If you could build a rooftop terrace like next door, that would be lovely!💕Thank you for the tour!
