Charlotte Kidger

PADA Studios Artists-in-residence Charlotte Kidger (b. 1992) is a material designer and artist with a background in material development and surface design, based in London.

“My practice is led with a hands-on approach to investigating how industrial waste materials can be re-processed and transformed into sculptural and functional objects. As an experimental material-led designer i’m driven by the curiosity of using unwanted and valueless materials and objects to reveal hidden beauty and tactile qualities.”

PADA is an Art Residency & Gallery based in a post-industrial site near Lisbon, Portugal.
