This is a viewing on a property for sale in Figueiro dos Vinhos, its a viewing i undertook for my sister who is moving into the area.
The house is a 4 bedroomed town house with various outbuildings and lots of land that fronts a river, has a water mine and well.
The house requires extensive restoration and renovation but has bags of potential.
We also made massive strides towards securing the lost land and this reached a satisfactory conclusion this week.
