Portugal Real Estate is often talked about as a good place to invest. In this video I will look specifically at Porto Real Estate, I will compare it to Lisbon Real Estate and give you the advantages and disadvantages of investing in this market. I will also look at tax in Portugal including rental income tax and capital gains tax. I visited Porto recently for the Champions League Final and had no intention of looking at real estate but was so impressed by the city I decided to look into the property market. Even if you decide not to buy here please do visit Porto as it is a beautiful city.
