Under the GRIM LAWS, if your child is murdered or killed under the age of 18 and there is no guardian who died trying to protect that child then by law both biological parents at that child's funeral will be placed in the grave with that child and buried alive. This will be broadcast on a special channel for all the world to see.

Josh, this was very well done! Thank you for showing us what these monster's are capable of doing. Hopefully people learn from this and take better care of their children. I wouldn't leave my sleeping children alone with the doors unlocked if I was going into my own backyard, and I really mean that day or night! There are too many of these crazed individuals out there and you never know when they are watching! What about the other children that were there?, they could have been taken or hurt just as well. Also, your reference to gold was so on point!

He's clearly a scumbag, but I don't believe he did it. I think the case is about to be closed and defunded, and the wealthy and well-connected parents are throwing in one last red herring to muddy the waters.

Police in Portugal are thought to have acted in the last few days after it emerged that he could avoid charges due to Portugal's statute of limitations which kicks in for serious crimes after 15 years.

Do they have those two vehicles? Or still searching for them

Lots of people have been blaming the parents of Madeleine, If they wrong they need to rethink about themselves for being judge and jury.

For those not familiar w/ how LE in different European countries normally word things:
To be named a formal ”arguido” in 🇵🇹 is not just like any LE/investigator using the word ”suspect”, it’s sth official done by prosecutors & usually is a prelude to charges. A person is told they’re arguido, so they’re aware they will be questioned about sth that incriminates them & can get a lawyer etc. (The actual translation of arguido is ”defendant” & even if those legal terms are used differently in different countries it’s not used as loosely as just ”a suspect”, hence ”formal/official suspect”.)
🇩🇪 & 🇬🇧 have also both named C the prime suspect previously! 3 diff countries officially saying this is huge. 🇩🇪 has said he’s a suspect in her ”death/murder” but not revealed how/why they know or believe she’s deceased. For 🇩🇪 LE to say ”death” they 💯 have sth that shows this. 🇩🇪 also sound very confident in their wording reg the evidence against C. This is VERY unusual wording for any W European LE before there are any charges, which tells me they have some important evidence IMO.

May 3 it will be 15y since Maddie disappeared. Portugal has a 15y statute on murder, kidnapping etc & they have to press charges before that UNLESS the person is already being investigated & is a named suspect before that date. So by doing this now they are able to charge him later as well. 🇵🇹 say he is ”arguido” bc they have strong indications of crime & that it’s not sth they can do just to buy more time. (Bc of the statute I really hope it’s the right person otherwise the ones responsible may never be able to be charged even if they’re found.)

Those who think Portugal🇵🇹 naming C a formal/official suspect doesn’t mean much and/or think the parents are the no1 suspects need to watch earlier coverage e.g. ”Maddie & the monster” from 2020. It’s about CB & also about how local 🇵🇹LE totally messed up the beginning of the investigation, the crucial 1st searches & the crime scene!🤯:

Since then we’ve also learned that C actually had worked as a handy man at the resort & that phone pings put him there that night.

Portuguese LE are the only ones who called the parents suspects BUT they later cleared them! Ppl seem to miss the later part.. After all the mistakes in the beginning & then accusing the parents the lead investigator was taken of the case & fired from the police force!
I believe charges will follow. I hope it’s finally solved but I really had hoped she wasn’t a victim of this s@d¡st who seems to be pure evil, into t0rtur€ etc (see the video linked above)! 😭💔

I believe Madeleine will be found 53 miles north of praia de luz silves sao joao .near foral .. in well , near Arade Resevoir .CB lived in silves in all places mentioned and child trafficked from Silves Gypsy Market .source Busching a witness who child trafficked with CB .

Christian B used to work at the Ocean Club Resort and was a former pool cleaner in praia de Luz .

Great video josh I'm glad you've been covering this case I live in England and have been following this case from day one the Germans British and Portuguese all have him as the prime suspect I believe there building a case against him no body murder case on circumstantial evidence I think the Germans may have a video that's why there sure she's dead they found 2000 images and videos buried on one of his propertys I truly believe hes responsibility and I pray to god they find evidence against him in the other cases of the missing children the mcanns have paid a heavy price for them leaving the kids in that apartment alone

The parents (& their friends along with them) were SO negligent! Wasn't like they couldn't afford the babysitting services. Educated idi0ts IMHO.

They found her blood under the tile in the hotel. It's not admissible in Portugal because the blood was partially degraded by bleach. The police smelled bleach when they entered the room.

This has been tried before. We had the dying old pedo who lived in a caravan on the Algarve accused of this caper too. Only to be found he was in Spain at the time of the fake abduction. We had the egg head shaped abductor. We had the couple who soothed Madeleine. Now if a couple found Madeleine ana her baby siblings asleep alone they would have called the police. Why soothe her back to sleep. Then we had the suave tanned abductor. The old man that owned a pet cemetery and the Portuguese police found that the seals to the cremation oven had not been broken. They have tried and tried to find a fall guy from the get go. Yet police usually pay close attention to the last people who saw Madeleine alive. But not in this case. It’s look for anyone no matter who it is but don’t dare look at the parents and that’s the question everyone should be asking. Why not ????

I definitely can see how the parents are suspicious. It's hard to say what I believe. I can 100000% however, say I cannot imagine the pain innocent parents go through when missing a child….gut wrenching doesn't even begin to describe it.

I pray the Summer Wells case doesn't end up like this one 😔 and yes I absolutely believe her parents at least know something…

Philip Martin Edmonds is the nephew of Margaret Hodge, accused of covering up the Islington child abuse scandal. Edmonds left Praia da Luz in a hurry the day after Madeleine McCann disappeared.
The royal yacht was also moored in Praia da Luz with our paedo prince Andrew on board… Gerry McCann was friends with Gordon Browns brother and Entrepreneur Richard Branson was also involved with the McCanns, funding stem cell reproduction (cloning)… this goes as high as royalty … they are all corrupt.

In this day and age, with so much information about predators in our world, as a grandma.. it’s so hard to leave any child unsupervised..anywhere. We pick up and deliver the kids to school, practices and games. Shop with them (no drop off and pick-up at the mall like we used to do;-( the realm of childhood innocence and growing independence changed during this pandemic for kids worlwide). Never ever have we left our kids or grandkids alone while we were out.. that group of parents made a very bad choice to forgo the babysitting service.. I’m in my 70’s, long ago, when i was a young mom, before cell phones and baby monitors, i remember that families who wanted to have dinners together would have bbq and run back and forth to the houses to check the kids..never did that. I pray that LE has all the evidence they need to lock the monster up..soon!

Infuriating realization that predators walk among us…all over the world. The details of this monsters crimes are very hard to hear. He should have been locked up very early on… this kind of evil is hard to fathom. Charged, or formally notified that he is a person of interest? So far, other media has only reported the latter, and that has only happened because the 15-year limitation on such moves is about to expire.

I was thinking Germany could possibly have CCTV of his comings and going's- but, if he lived on a compound- and out of a mobile home…… perhaps not. However, Germany started using CCTV for security- back in the 40's. They might just be gathering a ton of evidence.
