I was looking at the overflow pipe in the greenhouse and I assume you're runninng out of time/money/energy. I thought a straight drop to the ground and possibly burrying the pipe (with the minor drop you needed for drainage – maybe as little as 1cm per meter) so you've got it out of sight. This could continue outside. This is a lot more work but may free up space better and just work better outside. There's a lot of work to do and this isn't likely to be a priority and maybe is something that you might come back to. I know you've got plenty of water – an outside container might work for a small herb garden section….?!? When I see excess water like this I tend to think giant parsley (perennial), mint (any variety) and other herbs. It's a good spot for well drained but very wet soil and there's a lot to choose from if you're interested. 45 degree bracing on the uprights to the roof of the lean-to? If it starts to wobble in the wind, it might be worth thinking about.
