Citizenship by Investment Case Study #1

Citizenship by Investment Case Study #1.

Often when we have files that involve siblings we tend to recommend the Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment program. Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment is the most friendly towards siblings as you can include a sibling of any age in your application provided that they are not married and do not have children. The sibling of the main applicant also does not need to be financially dependent on the main applicant. Note that the sibling that is included in the application cannot pass on the citizenship to future children or a future spouse.

JH Marlin is a law firmed based in the Caribbean that specializes in citizenship by investment. We have helped over 100+ clients acquire a second passport, do residency by investment and implement a Plan B action plan.

  1. Antigua I'm told has a $20,000 flat tax per annum on its residency program and requires 30 days per annum in country to maintain staus. Assuming my understanding right; is the $20,000 flat tax waived for citizens by investment? Also once a citizen do I need to maintain presence in country for 30 days per annum for country to recognize me for tax purposes if citizen. If I fail to visit country for many years am I at risk of losing citizenship? Ps love the videos.

  2. If the single brother gets married, would he be able to apply for his wife? You mentioned he can not apply for his future kid(s). What should he do then? Should he apply for a future kid/baby as an independent applicant later on?

  3. Jennifer I just love this format. It is so interesting and shows your expertise and how you help people. Background is awesome and the lighting is just right. You look great… one of your best videos!!

  4. An untapped market for you is customizing citizenship and residency suggestions for unvaccinated people who are trying desperately to get out of their respective countries. ie Canada. 10 million in a literal open air prison. Over half of America is unvaccinated. That is a ton of people for you to market to. Europeans are more vaccinated. Australians and Kiwis have millions who have refused the jab and want out big time.

  5. Love it ❤ do you specialize in DUAL Citizenship? I am American I don't want to renounce my Citizenship but I do want to have dual citizenship in a country that can help me start my own business and tax free I just got back from London uk 🇬🇧 and LOVE IT!!! ❤️ you charge for Consultation???
