This is my brother’s small studio apartment in the city (only 240 sq. feet – his monthly rent is $500). The building was built in 1918 – so the place itself is very old. However, my brother added modern elements to make the space more of his own. I hope you guys get inspiration on how to maximize and live in a small space from this video!
