Jasper, If I was you, I would save the rubble(stone and brick pieces) from knocking down the walls. Wash the dirt off of it and use it as filler when you're building up the walls with cement. So you don't have to use as much cement. Just a thought.
P.s. I like the room you created by knocking down the walls, is that going to be the living room or the kitchen?
