Once you get here, you won’t want to leave Lubec, home to Maine’s easternmost lighthouse at Quoddy State Park. Located right on route 189 into Lubec proper just 1⁄2 mile away, this expansive building sits on .44 acres and has plenty of parking for several vehicles and even room for a boat. Once the location of a very popular restaurant, there’s 2784 square feet of space to transform into both one level living on one side or to establish your business enterprise on the other. Or, design and finish the home of your dreams inspired by water views of Johnson’s Bay. Take advantage of this highly trafficked location as anyone heading into Lubec, or onto Campobello Island, Canada, must pass by! The spacious parking lot is flat and easily accessible for adventure seekers to stop in and peruse your restaurant, shop or recharge at your Airbnb, micro hotel or other venture. Lubec’s natural beauty is unparalleled and the economy hearty as exemplified by several restaurants, a brewery, chocolatier, specialty shops, commercial fishing vessels and grocery: Nearby are 4 lighthouses, 150 miles of hiking trails, town beach riddled with beach glass and Roosevelt International Park, which was once the summer home of President FDR and First Lady Eleanor. Soaring bald eagles and frolicking harbor seals are common inhabitants of the area and you can catch a glimpse of a Minke, Right or Finback whale off shore in the Bay of Fundy. Experience the coastal Maine lifestyle and live where you’d vacation!

Tear down, garden!🇺🇲
What an awesome building! I hope someone does revive this as a restaurant. Thanks Suzanne & Phil for the tour!😊
I believe there is a reason everyone abandoned this creepy, run-downed, dilapidated property in nowhere maine and the sellers are delusional in thinking it will sell for any amount of decent money especially in the current market. perhaps the sellers will have a come to jesus moment before it's too late………………
I want to move to Maine!!!
I’m thinking the Brooklyn Bridge is a better buy ? Lol 😂 realistically a person owns a motor home, specifically so that they DON’T own a 4,000 square foot restaurant! I’d love to witness that sales pitch….ummmm
United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine Oh WOW what a location very nice. Thank-you both for taking the time to show us. GOD Bless.

Anyone interested in buying this property? I’m a chef with property nearby. I’d love to help you set up and run a seafood and steakhouse.
Is it in a flood zone? Love these videos!
