  1. It's interesting that people are moving to Red States, because of the Lower Cost of Living. HOWEVER…don't bring your Blue Progressive values, anger, and liberal voting history to a Red Community! Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. If you don't like a Conservative Red community, then stay where you're at or move to another Blue Community.

  2. Yeah….this is all in the Bible; Wars, rumors of wars…amoungst people too…not just countries,…..prices that are unacceptable…..time to learn how to weld, hunt, shoot and move into "anywhere that's good for Tiny House areas".

  3. If working people and business owners want to come to your state you can't do anything about it. This type of movement to expensive housing is not retirees but going after jobs they either got a job of know from job sights they can get one easily. General inflation is the main reason donors have been bringing in Mexicans since the 80s and the government ignored the fact. A big donor company have to pay withholdings and have SS#s for all those Mexicans or go to jail, so they accepted the fake SS# withholding no questions asked, they may have even legislated you cannot question fake SS#s. The increase of Mexicans increases since the 80s plan by large companies (donors) to keep companies and the economic impact in this country and reduce inflation, you look at the GDP growth and inflation since then it has worked, sorry I sound like an old school Republican, wages stay low but it is better to have lower wages in a growing economy than moderate wages in a decades long stagnant economy with massive imports that inflate annually because your economy sucks. There was a 70s term called stagflation, population and business flattened out so output and wages were stagnant, there was more importing and countries that could beat prices, importing started but our economy was not great so these product like energy increased because there is global competition for such products, on top of that organized skilled workers wanted increasing wages and there were no ready replacements.

  4. What use to cost 30 is now 80 and in Camp Verde we only have one Grocery store ,Bashes . I think they sold to a California company. Like vons or Raleighs but is keeping the name as Bashes .

  5. Come on up to Prescott
4 seasons- summer is a little hot- winter a little cold for you cali refugees
Mountain bike heaven- off roading- horse property that borders national forest .
Subdivisions going off.Older homes downtown.Super high end golf course house.
    It’s all here.
Ex cali refugees threw a fit until Trader Joe’s and In and out came in the mid 2000’s.
Now it is a destination that people are willing to pay big bank for. Like Tahoe or Aspen or Scottsdale.
You have Chino Valley and Prescott Valley if you want 20 acres. Or more.
Live music almost every night all year downtown if you are into that.
But spring summer and fall is when this place shines.
    Oh
And Sedona is 1.5 hours away
Went there last Thursday for world class mountain biking.
    Hiking there is insane.
It’s a lot better than Laguna IMO.
    Want a Ocean and beach?
Just go to Hawaii or Mexico
    Or Thailand.
You will never go back to Cali again.
I mean how many days a year can you actually swim in that water?
Come to Az and build a insane pool in your backyard.
You will never go back to that dirty beach ever
    Oh
Forgot to add the sarcasm emoji for all you brain dead
    ; ////

  6. These prices can't be sustained stay calm it'll all crash like it always does it happens all the time this ain't the first time it's happened. Especially in Arizona the wages are way too low there it's not a robust economy.

  7. People People People There are better places to live anyway. Don't be a sheeple and join the insanity. Think for yourselves and depart from the madness. Besides truth is Arizona is completely corrupt and controlled by the Mob….ok? So, no, it is totally not safe.

  8. I am looking to relocate to Phoenix from NY and want to rent in an apartment complex. I am aware that the cost of living is high across the county, but what do you guys think about renting in an apartment complex. And if you know of any places to rent I would appreciate it. Thank you. And BTW I love these videos. So helpful.

  9. I loved living in flagstaff but had to move to Phoenix because it was more affordable and I found a better job, but I was surprised to find that rent/buying costs were almost just has high here. Makes me feel like I am confined to live in certain areas more than ever….

  10. Its the crazy low home interest rates causing such inflated home prices. Gonna be a huge reckoning soon. Hope ur not taking equity out of ur home, You will be instantly upside down.

  11. The cost of housing directly affects the cost of motel rooms and even campsites. I love Arizona and want to be able to travel there more, but honestly don't know if I can afford to, because of the cost of motel rooms and/or tent camping. Yeah, I know there are places like national parks and other federal property where tent camping is cheap or free, but I need a shower every day or I feel so gross that I can't enjoy anything.

  12. My wife and I are AZ natives and have been trying to buy our first house for the past year. Nobody wants to sell to a VA loan, and we keep getting beat by cash offers. Even in the growing cities (Casa Grande, Maricopa) is starting to get out of reach. We have good jobs, and great credit, I feel like we have been doing everything we need to do to take this next step, but it’s still out of reach. Might have to consider moving out of state. It’s maddening

  13. When the economy crashes, all these people paying top dollar for their homes will regret it, they think that it will be like Kommifornia real-estate, it will not be so.

  14. People are selling there California 150.000 dollar homes for 1.5 million and coming here thinking they can retire. Then find out it cost the same if you can find one.

  15. 2 bedroom in northern Kentucky at 1,100 in a decent area. The exodus back out of Arizona will be to the Midwest. Guarantee it. People will be even angrier they have to endure the winters again. Clinical depression on the rise already. Welcome to the fall of Rome.
