  1. Hi Joric, thank you so much for this information! I'm a new subscriber and I'm looking for a new opportunity in Portugal as a Software engineer. Have you any idea about a website that can help me to find a job as foreign?
    Thanks!

  2. Thanks for the info. I would guess for most of us we’e need to maybe add $50 for mo. public transport card (in Lisbon if no need for car) & $50 for healthcare? Travel & entertainment?

  3. So you bought your apartment? I thought that’s what you said but I just want to make sure. Because I believe you said the $760 was your mortgage. Please let me know when u can thanks. Great info! 🙂

  4. Hi Joric, I am your new subscriber and I would like to know the process in finding a long-term apartment rental. Is it true that the only way is to go to a realty company? Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

  5. hi everyone!!! if you want to live in the cheapest country in the world with very well developed infrastructure you should live in DPR (Donetsk People Republic). I live here currently. It's extremely hard to believe but for 100$ (one hundred US dollars) per month you can rent all including two bedroom apartment. for 10 thou you could buy it. For additional 30$ per month you could pay THE WHOLE bills including 4g mobile internet heating water, you name it.

  6. I think Canada is one the most expensive places to live. Here in Toronto, my maintenance fees for my two bedroom townhouse condo is 700.00 per month. That’s over $8,000. per year. I pay separately for heating, air conditioning, electricity, property taxes. Basic cable, internet & phone is $180.00. The double jeopardy is that $1.00 Canadian is around €0.54 on a good day😩
I have been dreaming of moving to Portugal since I traveled there in 2019, and fell in love with the beauty of the place, people and the warmer weather climate.

  7. Great video, We love Portugal and Spain. We are currently trying to decide where to move to next year. I have dual citizenship American / German so the immigration process will be super simple for us. Perhaps a future video detailing the process for those aren't?

  8. Healthcare cost is additional, you may pl give that info in another , plus transportation; how does mortgage work there , did you get a good rate/terms, what’s property price
