Had to split this episode up in two otherwise the editing would never ever end, almost in Portugal!
Pedro, You stated (or implied) that the Portuguese were the main drivers in terms of exploration. Now, I understand the statement is coming from a Portuguese national. Therefore, it has to be taken relatively (national pride may lead to subjectivity).
One important fact is, when Christopher Columbus asked the Portuguese to finance the Atlantic exploration, they said no, whereas the Spanish said yes. Also, the entire pacific cost from Alaska to Patagonia was first and almost exclusively explored by the Spaniards. Also, the first circumnavigation of the earth was an initiative of the Spanish, not the Portuguese. This arguments, in my opinion, speak against your somewhat bold statement.
Pedro for presidenta!!! Great video as always Pedro, your the man…
The Moors are the Mormons of today's times.
You get to accident some day because you left turn signal on all time.
For me …heated gloves are mandatory!
Atlas:"Mind tellin me who is alp?!"
Pedro:"I swear babe, youre the only one now"🤣
Com o Tratado de Alcáçovas (1479) a linha/fronteira passava no meio do Atlântico…Com Tordesilhas é que Portugal ficou com parte do que que viria a ser o Brasil. Um abraço e boa viagem até à "santa terrinha"
My Man have a Ravaging adventure.
Já chegaste a Portugal?
Europe is shut down, get Portugal, going to Morocco, the Africa
And we been in the middle of "line" fighting against Portugueses and Spaniards. 🤣🤣
Fdssss..nem em Portugal ,mais um imigrante que se esqueceu da sua Lingua..vergonha é só sucesso por falares inglês..viva o youtube.
It's always useful to have your gloves in Buenos Aires when you are in Spain.
my Alp used to shake it's head like that when I took my hands off the bars, but only when the top box was was fully loaded. Maybe you could add some more preload to the rear shock…easy job on an Alp. I replaced my steering head bearings but it was still the same until I stiffened up the back end.
Great to see some blue skies. Atlas sounds lovely. S/he's turning out to be a trusty travel partner…
Say hello to the family when you get there. 👍
I HATE riding when it's wet out, especially over any painted lines. They're like "ICE strips". Pedro: rides thru a congested downtown with one hand, narrating a history infused travel vlog. Me: Eyes glued on every car's ass end, ready to back out into me.
hoot grip menn heee
New Helmet and Jacket, I thought you where just going Jacket shopping. 🙂 Post a review of the LSL I thought of getting one, but HJC at the time had a better rating. Does the sun visor pull alot I skipped it.
Loved the fuel stop…. Take your helmet off and cover your face. Got to love the logic there!
Great ride and I like the name of you bike!👌
Melhor trocar esse pneu da frente…
Nice video! I am so envious of your trips! Stay safe!
great video and loved the history, i do know how great it can feel after riding in colder weather to stop drink some coffee love it thanks for the video
Nice history Pedro . Atlas gets a bit of a droning noise at highway speeds but no probs . Iv'e been to Macau and a lot of Portuguese history there 🙂
That guy was scared to come near you even though he had a mask on. WOW, apparently he doesn’t know how masks work. The media has conned all the sheeple!!!
Great info ride save n stay hwalthy.keep yr video coming really enjoy every bit of it.
Looks like you have neck bearing Issue. You almost got a tank slap when you let go of your handlebars. Check your bearings in the steering head.
a coffee stop on a cold ride is a moral boost.
