Day 1 (of 3) of our 1,501 mile journey in an Electric Vehicle, our Tesla Model 3.

My niece Joana’s wedding, my recently-passed brother Marcus’s ashes spreading, some work meetings with BestAgent team members based in Lisbon, and a lot of family to catch up with are some of the reasons we had for traveling to Portugal. Plus I needed to retrieve a computer too big to fly with. (Also, we considered flying in the Cessna, but we needed a car when we got there, and more luggage space).

Annemarie was 7 months pregnant, and Clara and Archie were excited (even though they have both made the trip multiple times before, pre-covid, but were too young to remember).

Day 1: we left Devon and got to Paris for dinner, Annemarie’s first time there.

Day 2: France to Spain

Day 3: Spain to Portugal
