  1. Hi ya Jasper yet again another good video.
Your Student is learning and the rustic look which is normal in many if not all European Countries is normal.
Also getting building materials in various colours anywhere is pretty hard to source especially after the world shut down.
Your material is always thought prevoking and entertaining.
Keep up the good work and good positive vibes.
    Keep them coming.
    We all await.

  2. I am back at my home now in Grocinas I had to leave last year after falling down a ravine. Anyway it is great here I have made loads of new friends and people are helping me in lots of small but important ways like this internet use. That ceiling with round logs is very easy to do and cheap, it is the Santa Fe style I personally like it it gives the log cabin look without having to build a whole log cabin. Regarding everybody's roofs it is a really big job to replace one though the tiles are not too expensive. If you want to get on with getting into a functioning house ASAP you can consider just fixing the existing roof for now which I am going to do.

  3. Electricity is invisible. It bites or kills. I do not trust it. On my project I had a freind from England (An electrician) come for a short holiday and he tidied up the electrics, but admitted that the electrics in Portugal is very basic. I will be using Solar and battery back up eventually, as I want 5Kva not the 3.45Kva that is supplied to the house.

  4. The blue wiring not have been my choice it’s your choice it’s just like elephant in the room, taking away from the beauty of the beams and the white wall maybe you can paint them just a suggestion

  5. Wtf man, why you put the screaming inside the video. You should really know what to use and what footage is completely unnecessary. Show us work and results, instead of coffee 50 times and screaming “anda ca”. Really wtffff

  7. Hi Jasper. I am sending you a very big hug. Please don’t take any of the comments to heart. It’s your home and you do what’s proper for your home. It looks great. Can’t wait to see it all finished. Keep being wonderful you. Cheers.

  8. You haven’t rendered the outside yet ,so why didn’t you chase the cable trunking in on the outside and pop the cables through the breeze block walls to the inside sockets ? Then when you render the outside you would bury all the cables and keep the inside walls clear of cables

  9. The cables look terrible and badly installed, why didn't you run them outside on the "shed" wall at least and preferably at high level on the front outside wall too, I await with interest your installation intentions for cable protection. (circuit breaker protection that is). Hopefully you have sized the cable correctly for the intended load and length of the cable from the main house. Also I was under the impression that mains electrical installation in Portugal are required to be done professionaly
