This week we continue to take advantage of the cooler weather and tidy up areas of the farm. Whilst cutting back trees and hedges, I find some interesting things which create more future projects. The processing of the harvested grapes begins with the daily punching of the cap and some research into how to actually make wine. It is a very exciting time for us newbies as we learn these new skills and are so happy to be sharing these experiences with you all. Thank you for taking time to watch us as we fumble our way through off-grid farm life, we really appreciate it!
