Well members services rep Chrissy D was fantastic! She answered my question about Rennsport tickets promptly and professionally! Since I'm a test drive member I wasn't eligible for the early bird buy, but I still appreciated Chrissy's prompt response.
Sure would be nice if they sent the checks they promised in writing as compensation for items that they short shipped on vehicles. It is now two months after the date I was told in writing that I would have the check. Pretty crappy to do this to first time purchasers. Lot of credibility lost and pretty hard to believe anything Porsche says. Porsche NA no longer responds to status requests regarding the situation. Don't think I will watch anything of Porsche AG or Porsche NA.
