  1. I'm so glad I'd found your channel. I come in contact with a lot of Portuguese people and often find myself applying what you're teaching. Much love from Israel.

  2. Another great lesson. Been following the channel for a while now but only recently have I taken up Portuguese again but this time because of my new job. Little did I realise how helpful these videos would be for me. Keep it up!

  3. Hi Liz, late starter to your channel, slowly working through the videos. Have you disabled sending out the pronouciation guides etc, as the links don't appear to be working.

  4. For anyone like me that wanted to know what "lamentamos informá-lo que o próximo trem foi cancelado" means, it translates to something like, "we regret to inform you that the next train has been cancelled". Good to know! And obrigado for the lesson. Not everything is sunshine all the time even though Lisbon does get a lot of sun.

  5. Another "Winning" video Liz! Solid information to add to our learning European Portuguese toolkit. Last year has been very difficult for a lot of us, so this is very timely. Obrigado! 🥇🥇🥇

  6. This came at such an appropriate time …a lady in the village has been so helpful to me .. her and her husband stopped their taxi and picked me up when I was walking home last year with shopping in 32c .. Her husband died on Friday .. I was in the village when it happened, funeral Saturday . The speed , how to react ( in Portuguese) I have yet to see the lady face to face but ..think the response and speed shocked me .. helpful if you could do a video for resident but foreigners.. please
